Pricing
- Tier 1 – Remote access. This will be the cheapest level of support using the Secure Zoho facility. It will charged at £45.00 for the first hour, and then £22.50 for every subsequent half hour. This will be on a per session basis. Remote control sessions can only be offered for problems involving computers that have a working internet connection. I cannot take control of printers, setup printers, iPads or other external devices remotely as Zoho does not support this.
- Tier 2 – Home Visit. This level of support will be charged at £48.00 for the first Hour and then £24.00 for every subsequent half hour. This also will be on a per visit basis. This level of support will include all previous support options.
